boy am i glad that it's my off day. the sky looks all gloomy and dark when i open my eyes at 1.20pm.

i love my off days when i can sleep till i feel like waking up. but i detest the part of being unable to wake the lazybones if i gotta work the morning shift the next day.

i think OM has no friends. just like my circle getting smaller and smaller. so off we go to Suntec City trying to buy my shoes from Schu. Too bad that they don't carry the pair of shoes i want in black colour, stock's only coming in end of the month, guess i can only make do with my current pair till then.

OM drove down to beach road to check out the bag he's eyeing, and for me to get my ziplock bags =P although they have the brand and design he's looking for, the purplish pink prints on the black bag is a tad too 'pretty' for his liking. LOL.

because i had agreed to meet ITeo, VChee at Marina Square, OM dropped me off back at where we came from. as usual, session with the two loggerheads just have to end up with exasperation and the urge to strangle them both. At times, I wonder if i should look forward to the Genting trip or not. hahaha

Since i'm already in the office and it wouldn't make sense to leave during the peak traffic hours, i stayed to clear some work. In the end, met OM to go to the pasar malam at his place.

walking around, buying food, sitting at void deck to eat them brings back many memories - the time when i stayed at Thomson Close, i'll meet AL to go the pasar malam near our place, buying snacks and chat till we have no choice but to head home.

OM drove and we headed out to Tampines One.

seriously speaking, Tampines is one of the nearer neighbourhood from Sengkang. When i was still with Adecco, we knew the construction works for the shopping mall. When i was away in Orlando, they completed the works and the mall is open. All these while after i came back, i never drop by to Tampines anymore.

so this is a good chance for me to go take a look, at least to know how it looks like.

i think my brain is fried. same goes for OM.

we had this conversation on parking charges...

KC: S$0.50 per 30 mins.

OM: I've got S$13.00 value in the cashcard

KC: ehhhh... like that can park how long ah? *starts to calculate

OM: multiply by 2 loh...

KC: like that confirm enough .. that's 26 hours leh ..

when we exit the carpark .. the parking charges was S$4.50

that's when the both of us realised that our calculations earlier was crap!

cos if multiply by 2, it means that we had parked there for 9 hours.

apparently, we had mixed up 30 mins and 1 hr parking costs.

but the trip made up for everything.

we shopped around, cut my fringe, had a massage

smart girl i am, decided not to get play out by Yahoo! movies again

so i check the cinema's website direct.

told him that Sorcerers' Apprentice is screening at Cathay Cineleisure at 11.50pm.

so i meet VChee, ITeo, STambou at Coastes for a quick chat first before meeting him.

met him and drove over to Cineleisure.

when i was queuing up to buy tickets.

i realised the movie wasn't reflected on the board.
